even to get the pugs not drugs thing?

ooh okay it’s a transparent so basically I go on Instagram and search the hashtag transparents and I just screenshot whatever I want, crop it so that it only has a white background and then I use this app “PWLite” to mask the background and then I open everything up in “picsart” and just edit it :))) hope this helped! xx
