Harry Styles of One Direction has bought a gated bachelor pad in the Beverly Hills Post Office area for $4 million. The privately situated compound, designed by architect Alejandro Ortiz and built in 1967, features a post-and-beam main house with five bedrooms, a detached one-bedroom guest house, a sunken central courtyard with lawn, decks and a swimming pool. A covered wooden bridge sheltered by mature trees connects the compound.

The property previously sold in 2005 for $3.2 million. News of the purchase, which The Times has confirmed, surfaced on the Mirror and Realestalker. David Kramer and Alla Furman of Hilton & Hyland were the listing agents. Branden Williams and Rayni Romito Williams represented Styles.
